Celebrate the new year like never before 

Poetry gives you the way to express your feelings and emotions. It is a sort of therapy that relaxes your nerves and makes the words on the page invisible.

We The Study Hall College is celebrating its virtual poetry slam 2021 and  inviting you to join us and grace the event with your presence 

• Submission period: from 24 December 2020 to 3 JANUARY 2021
• Event date and time: 12 January 2021 at 4:30 pm
• Venue: Zoom meeting (+ Facebook broadcast maybe)

Participation

To participate check the rules of participation, and submit your poems between 24 December 2020 and 3 January 2020 here:

If we receive more poems than we can display, we will have to make a selection. All the authors of the poems that we show in the final event will get the E-certificates, else we will invite you to submit next time.

The Slam will take place on 12 January 2021 at 4:30 pm. We will publish in here how to see the online event. You are most welcome to participate and enjoy with us 🙂

:: Rules of participation ::

1. Poetry must be original by you, not copied.
2. Submit your video along with your name, school name, class, age, phone number and the written version of the poem.
3. Video shall be in a horizontal position.
4. The video (and poem) shall not excede 3 minutes of duration.
5. Edited videos (music, effects, etc…) are not allowed. The audio should be only the poem.
6. While taking a video please check that there is no background noise and make sure you record with proper lighting.
